60 minutes · per session
One 60-minute session. Online or in person. Useful if you have one specific thing to sort out, or if you want to see what this is like before committing to more.

Foundation Package
Four sessions · about seven weeks
Four sessions over about seven weeks. Online or in person. Four sessions works out at $105 each. Most people start here, because the second and third conversations are usually where something actually changes.

Continuing support
After the Foundation Package · Three-month minimum.
$60 a month for one session, or $120 a month for a session every two weeks. Optional, and only available once you have finished the Foundation Package.
There is no joining fee, no assessment fee and no charge for the first phone call. If you decide partway through the Foundation Package that this is not for you, tell us.
Paying for it
Insurance, HSA and FSA
We are private pay and not in network with any insurance plan. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Sessions are generally HSA and FSA eligible.
A superbill is an itemised receipt with the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurer needs. Whether they reimburse any of it, and how much, is between you and your plan. We cannot promise an outcome there and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.

Questions people ask about the cost
Does a video session cost less than an in-person one?
No. It is the same dietitian for the same hour, so it is the same price. See how virtual sessions work.
Do I have to buy the Foundation Package?
No. You can book single sessions indefinitely. The package is cheaper per session and most people choose it, but there is no requirement and no pressure to upgrade during a single session.
Am I signing up for something ongoing?
Not unless you ask to. Continuing support is a separate decision you make after the Foundation Package is finished, and it has a three-month minimum. Nothing renews automatically off the back of a package.
Is there a charge for the first phone call?

What am I actually buying?
An hour of a dietitian's attention, and the follow-up notes from it. Not a meal plan, not a document, not access to an app. If what you want is a printed plan to follow, we are not the right practice.
